Perhaps you can give them a try? if this is in any way related to various systems booting to a black screen (as i described earlier), i built an absolutely up-to-date kernel from the latest tree and that didn't solve the problem. i'm open to testing suggestions. rday -- ======================================================================== Robert P. Nope... machine is booting fine, screen is Ok, and in fact the machine seems to be working perfectly... The only point is that I never saw these in any kernel prior to 2.6.37-rc1, and them being labelled as "ERROR" made me write a report. Anyway, if some can tell me how to get this linus'tree, I'm ready to give it a try Sunday afternoon.
