2.6.38, for which there are no fixes in the mainline known to the tracking team.
If any of them have been fixed already, please let us know.

I assume, since the bug has not had any comments to the contrary, that it is 
still an outstanding regression. I have been using 2.6.37 until I have some 
reason to think there is something ready for testing...

Try model=auto instead.  3.0 kernel supports a better auto-parser for
Conexant codecs.
