Suppose if I wrote a simple c program but I want to execute this program
everyday at a
specific time ( say at 12 p.m) .
Is there any command by which I can schedule the execution of any
process(a.out in this case)?

This really isn't a question meant for kernelnewbies, but regardless 'cron' is the tool you are looking for.
