Does anyone know if longterm in this case just means its a post initial release update? Or does it mean 2.6.34 now has some special longterm designation? It means someone has decided to try to keep the .34 kernel alive for a longer time than "normal". Greg, I just did some googling and it looks like 2.6.34 got the "longterm" designation with the .8 release in Jan.
