Could you fix the permissions on the tar files. Trying to download
http://kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/kexec/kexec-tools-2.0.2.tar.gz
results in "Forbidden
You don't have permission to
access /pub/linux/utils/kernel/kexec/kexec-tools-2.0.2.tar.gz on this
server."
