Hi Lianbo,

Since this is x86 only, add a weak function sounds not necessary.
For example can just move it to  arch/x86/include/asm/kexec.h
Or maybe even better to limit it to kdump only, move it to 
arch/x86/include/asm/crash.h
and arch/x86/kernel/crash.c
