[patch] fix qemu-kvm to build when gdbstub is disabled

Hi,

The latest changes to qemu-kvm breaks miserably if one tries to build
without CONFIG_GDBSTUB.

Make qemu-kvm build again when CONFIG_GDBSTUB is not set.
