Actually, before you push them, drop this one:

  [PATCH 5/6] Use correct paths for virtio headers

That breaks if you try and build them against a kernel which already has
the virtio headers.

Just tried, they seem to work fine.

I think it's right, just needs some LINUXINCLUDE mangling like 
kvm/kernel/Makefile.
