From mboxrd@z Thu Jan 1 00:00:00 1970 From: Joerg Roedel Subject: [PATCH 03/12] KVM: SVM: Add clean-bit for IOPM_BASE and MSRPM_BASE Date: Fri, 3 Dec 2010 11:45:50 +0100 Message-ID: <1291373159-4822-4-git-send-email-joerg.roedel@amd.com> References: <1291373159-4822-1-git-send-email-joerg.roedel@amd.com> Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain Cc: , , Joerg Roedel To: Avi Kivity , Marcelo Tosatti Return-path: In-Reply-To: <1291373159-4822-1-git-send-email-joerg.roedel@amd.com> Sender: linux-kernel-owner@vger.kernel.org List-Id: kvm.vger.kernel.org This patch adds the clean bit for the physical addresses of the MSRPM and the IOPM. It does not need to be set in the code because the only place where these values are changed is the nested-svm vmrun and vmexit path. These functions already mark the complete VMCB as dirty.
