v12 has a couple of updates to address feedback
-use new CURRENT_THREAD_INFO macro in epapr_hcalls.S
-use EV_HCALL_TOKEN to create epapr hcall token
A prerequisite to applying this patch is the patch:
PPC: use CURRENT_THREAD_INFO instead of open coded assembly
