Hello,

I am very interested by the virtio-vsock device but I could not find any information about Windows guests support.

Is a Windows driver planned and/or is it already a work in progress ?

Gal Hammer from Red Hat is working on vsock support for Windows.
In general you can ask virtio-win related questions or open bugs here: https://github.com/virtio-win/kvm-guest-drivers-windows
