The only caller of kvm_ioapic_get_delivery_bitmask() is kvm_get_intr_delivery_bitmask()
why not add delivery_mode parameter to kvm_ioapic_get_delivery_bitmask()
and get rid of kvm_get_intr_delivery_bitmask()?
