Avi,
I was forced to interrupt checkdisk on this machine, I tried it again
and it's reproducible (even on another (testing) W2K8 guests).
I transfered the image to testing machine where chkdsk runs OK and finished
it there.
So in case You'd like to continue debugging, I'm at Your disposal, we can create
more testing guests and play with them on host where I can reproduce.
So far thanks a lot for all the time You've spent with it.
