Ouch. This means that preemption is broken in KVM for PPC. To quickly get things working on your side, please recompile your kernel with CONFIG_PREEMPT_NONE. I'll take a look at fixing it for real ASAP.

Did you look for it? I still get this message for 3.1.0-02829.
