You can ask here or, more likely, in qemu related mailinglist or bugzilla, if you can reproduce this bug with current upstream versions of kernel and qemu[-kvm]. And second, for bugs in windows programs, please verify that this issue does not exist on bare hardware, and ask their support channels.
