Subject: [PATCH] kvm tools: set the HYPERVISOR flag in cpuid
We need to set the HYPERVISOR flag to let the kernel know we're running
under a hypervisor.
This makes the kernel enable all sorts of para-virtualization options
such as kvm-clock.
