Need to set CONFIG_KVM=y to reproduce boot issue. set CONFIG_KVM=y in menuconfig also set CONFIG_IRQ_BYPASS_MANAGER=y, I dont see config for CONFIG_IRQ_BYPASS_MANAGER in menuconfig. This only happens with one network here, others are fine. I tried to bisect it but never came to an presentable result.
