This patch series is taken from SEV RFC series [1]. These patches do not
depend on the SEV feature and can be reviewed and merged on their own.

- Add support for additional SVM NFP error codes
- Add kvm_fast_pio_in support
- Use the hardware provided GPA instead of page walk
