What am I missing? > Linux 2.6.9 is so ancient that the external module build methods have changed. You will need to consult your Documentation/kbuild/modules.txt and modify the Makefile and Kbuild files appropriately. You will also need to adapt the module code as 2.6.9 has no 'struct mutex'. If you can't make heads or tails of it let me know, and I may have a go. RHEL4 will probably be a popular platform. -- Do not meddle in the internals of kernels, for they are subtle and quick to panic. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
