I have installed two WinXP pro guests on kvm8+FC5+VT
machine and experienced serious task scheduling problem (guest stop and
go) when two guests are running at the same time. Is it known issue or I did
some thing wrong during the installation?

It is not a known problem. Please describe the hardware (cpu type, core
count) and the problem in more detail.

Hi there,
Try downloading the kvm from the current trunk directory.
I have committed interactivity code improvement that really helps to reduce latency.
Don't forget to compile the userspace part too because some of the changes are there.

Please let me know if it helped.
Dor.
