[RFH] need ping stats to help debug access problems to kvm.qumranet.com

As you know, we've recently been experiencing connectivity problems to 
kvm.qumranet.com.  In order to debug this, we would appreciate some 
stats from people who have been hit by this:

- the output of 'ping -c 30 kvm.qumranet.com'
- the output of 'tracepath kvm.qumranet.com' or 'traceroute 
kvm.qumranet.com'
- the output of 'TZ=UTC date'
- how long it takes to load the wiki frontpage (if at all possible)
- your geographical location

Please copy Yaniv and me on the results, but remove the list.
