hi,
on our host machine there is always a kernel message:

kvm: emulating exchange as write
-----------------------------------
why? why log it directly into the console and is it important?

It's a reminder to me that we're not really doing a locked exchange 
here.  I believe that there's not real issue since the pages in question 
are read-only for the guest, but I'm not 100% sure there isn't some 
corner case I'm not seeing.
