Hi,
This week we run some tests against the latest kvm commits.
Here I did a summary for the test results.
There are about 9 major issues existing on latest kvm trees.
Two 64bit network issues, four windows issues, two host hang issues, and
one ltp test issues.

Here is the issue list.
Two Network issues:
1. 64bit guest with 2.6.16 kernel crashes when start up nic

2. 64bit linux with 2.6.9 kernel cannot get ip

3. xpsp2 with 2vpus may fail to boot

With "-no-kvm-irqchip", blue screen happens when reboot

Two host hang issues:
7. soft lockup while running SMP linux guest with 4vpus
The issue causes host cannot reboot, and the qemu process cannot be
kill, have to manually reset the machine.

8 Creating multiple guests may cause host to hang

I found this is a instruction emulate problem. Guest try to execute
"movnti", but we haven't got it yet...

In general we should recover from emulation failures caused by writes to 
page tables, but not for mmio.

Was the instruction executed for mmio or a page table update?

It seems like a mmio, but I can't confirm it now. 

My remote work station have been forced to shutdown, for it's the
Chinese National Holiday next week...
