What problems are the cause for recommending to emulate NE2K hardware?
Is this still valid fpr KVM-50?

Vista expects that the correct frame checksum is calculated for
inbound packets; the emulated card didn't do that.

It was fixed in QEMU CVS a while ago, I believe that Avi pulled that
patch when rebased KVM userspace.
