co-exist, as facilitated by shadow roles ? (apart from differing

A page can simultaneously be used as a page directory or page table (x86
terms). Theoretically, it can also be used simultaneously for pae and
nonpae paging, though that never happens in practice.

I have a truly marvellous patch that fixes the bug which this
signature is too narrow to contain.
