[ANNOUNCE] kvm-kmod-2.6.31

This is a package containing the kvm external module, based on the
Linux 2.6.30.1 release.  kvm-kmod-2.6.30.1 contains the kvm code that is
present in Linux 2.6.30.1, except that it can run on older kernels.
It is a good companion to the qemu-kvm-0.10 series.

Note that performance and features will vary with the host kernel used.

Changes from kvm-kmod-2.6.30
- update source to Linux 2.6.30.1
   - don't ignore machine check events (Huang Ying, Andi Kleen)
   - disable large pages on misaligned memory slots
   - prevent overflow on largepage calculation
   - check cr3 validity when set from userspace (Marcelo Tosatti)
   - handle vmx instructions in guest userspace
   - fix tlb flush race (Marcelo Tosatti)
   - fix dirty bit tracking with large pages (Izik Eidus)
     - fixes live migration with large pages
   - fix preempt warning with kvmclock (Matt T. Yourst)

Gaa, $subject fail.  It's 2.6.30.1, not 2.6.31.
