The problem is that one of the flags that -cpu core2duo enables is implemented incorrectly, so it leads to .net breakage. These flags are pni, lm, nx, ssse3, syscall. Please try -cpu core2duo,-pni,-lm,-nx,-ssse3,-syscall.
