KVM_EXIT_INTR should not be used.  Instead test for ioctl(KVM_RUN) == -1 
&& errno = EINTR.  In that case, kvm sets kvm_run->exit_reason to 
KVM_EXIT_INTR, but that is not part of the ABI.
