Hello, everybody

For last two days I've got four or five kernel panics when I start 
Windows7 as a guest under host machine linux-2.6.38.2 and 
qemu-kvm-0.12.1.2. All panics happend only when Windows tries to start.

dmesg, config and lspci attached.
