Is there a way to flush ept entries in qemu-kvm.

Thanks for the reply.
I have one more question.
If I do munmap of the RAM allocated in qemu,
will the changes be reflected in KVM Ept.
I guess there is some mmu notifier which ensures that entries of EPT
are synced with the host entries.

Yes.  Those changes will be reflected.  See
kvm_mmu_notifier_invalidate_page(), and related.
