rhel6.6.0 is not a guest OS version, but a machine type ("motherboard
version" so to speak) provided by the host. If you do not have a
rhel6.6.0 machine type in your CentOS 6.6 host, something has gone wrong
in the upgrade.
That said, you can use the rhel6.5.0 machine type just fine. The
differences are minimal.
