Hi
   Which of the following resources can be changed for a running VM. ? And how to do it ?
   -- CPU / VCPU
   -- Memory 
   -- N/W devices
   -- Disks

'cpu_set' in the monitor.

Once Avi gets back, he'll merge the balloon userspace component and then 
you can just use the 'balloon' monitor command.

'pci_add' in the monitor for both of these.
