Hi I'm on feisty current (2.6.20-6) and get the oops that I attach. This only happens if I have loaded the kvm-intel module. 

I'm running kvm with the following command line parameters: 

 kvm -no-acpi -m 384 -hda vdisk.windows -cdrom ./Win_2k_Swe_SP2.iso -boot d
