He is not working at Amazon anymore, but I sent a message to him with 
the reference to this mail thread. Hope that he could see the message

This is a mailing list that was created during the past months, for the 
development team and was added as reference on the GitHub repositories 
for the Nitro Enclaves project.

I added it here as well, so that the entire team gets mail notifications 
by default, without the need to manually add the mailing list to a mail 
thread. That is in addition to the existing maintainer(s), that remain 
the primary point of contact.
