I answered on the VirtualBox ticket. The SDM is ambiguous, but there's no
reason for KVM to implement this MSR and some lines in the SDM back this
choice.
Do you have any pointer to VirtualBox OSE code that reads the MSR? It makes
little sense for vbox to read it, too.
