I seriously have no clue at all but today somehow I've managed to trigger this
bug on a windows 7 vm (which doesn't use the AVAST hypervisor). I couldn't
reproduce this after a forced system reset.
Note: I'v re-enabled nested virtualization because my work requires it ;)
