It's really easy to reproduce but I hit issues at various stages of the CI I'm
running when I hit this issue.
Sometimes the VMs is stuck in shutting down, sometimes one of the VM won't get
an IP address from the DHCP server it has to contact, sometimes the server will
simply kernel panic.
I've applied that patch to my current v4.14.5 branch and am compiling it now
and as soon as it's done, I'll reboot and retry reproducing this again.
