Quick update: issue won't be reproduced if disable kconfig option
CONFIG_X86_DEBUG_FPU, hopefully it could narrow down the regression issue to
CONFIG_X86_DEBUG_FPU related code.

Yeah we run into the same thing on *all* boots on linux-next on kdevops
as well, Cc'ing kdevops list so folks are aware linux-next is broken
