ret = kvm_vcpu_map(vcpu, gpa_to_gfn(vmcb12_gpa), &map);
...
if (WARN_ON_ONCE(!svm->nested.initialized))
return -EINVAL;
A call to kvm_vcpu_unmap() is missing before the return.
