I used:
kernel 2.6.30.2
qemu-kvm 0.12.0-rc2 
processor:  Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU     T9400  @ 2.53GHz
os: windows 2008 standard 64bit english

I switched now to:
kernel 2.6.32
qemu-kvm 0.12.1

now i don't get the BSOD anymore. 

so now I can go on and do i/o tests. :)
