Yes, I missed the ones in the headers, those should be replaced with
“kvm_protected_mode_initialized_hyp” also.

As far as I see, those are used by the kernel only, but if needed we can
guard that with “__KVM_NVHE_HYPERVISOR__”
host_data_ptr() won’t access the key from the hypervisor because of the
macro check.
But I agree with Marc, that is a lot of duplication.
