Stef asked, in dutch, where the IRC channel was. It is on
irc.openprojects.net and it is called '#lartc'.

Please note that the best thing to do is to ask a question here on the list,
and then discuss it there. IRC is not a good medium for explaining
complicated situations. Use the list for that.
