You can add also
ftp://icaftp.epfl.ch/pub/linux/diffserv/misc/ds-pre9-1-2.2.16.patch.gz
IIRC, there was another bug in sch_cbq.c:cbq_destroy(),
you have to backport the fix from 2.4. I don't remember at the
moment for other bugs fixed (can check it Monday), may be someone
else can add something on this issue.
As for the oops: you can try to check what is on this
address c0147bc7.
