Hi,
I just finished connbytes match. You can use it to move
long downloads into lower prio class. It is for hackers
only just now.
Needed files are at luxik.cdi.cz/~devik/qos/connbytes.tgz.
IT IS NOT PATCH YET !
I'm going to sleep. More later ..
