configuration problem or u32 filter problem. kindly tell me where i have
done the mistake. My script is as folllow.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
#!/bin/sh

TC=` which tc`

### Delete qdisc
$TC qdisc del dev eth4 root
echo " Stopping Bandwidth Restriction OK"

### Root qdisc
$TC qdisc add dev eth4 root handle 1: htb default 13

### Restrict the groups
$TC class add dev eth4 parent 1: classid 1:1 htb rate 255kbit ceil 260kbit

### webtraf
$TC class add dev eth4 parent 1:1 classid 1:10 htb rate 132kbit ceil 132kbit
$TC filter add dev eth4 protocol ip parent 1:0 prio 1 u32 match ip dst
10.0.0.0/8 match ip dport 80 0xffff flowid 1:10
$TC filter add dev eth4 protocol ip parent 1:0 prio 1 u32 match ip dst
192.168.100.0/29 match ip dport 80 0xffff flowid 1:10

### tcptraf
$TC class add dev eth4 parent 1:1 classid 1:11 htb rate 64kbit ceil 64kbit
$TC filter add dev eth4 protocol ip parent 1:0 prio 1 u32 match ip dst
10.0.0.0/8 flowid 1:11
$TC filter add dev eth4 protocol ip parent 1:0 prio 1 u32 match ip dst
192.168.100.0/29 flowid 1:11

### special
$TC class add dev eth4 parent 1:1 classid 1:12 htb rate 64kbit ceil 64kbit
$TC filter add dev eth4 protocol ip parent 1:0 prio 1 u32 match ip dst
10.255.0.17 flowid 1:12
$TC filter add dev eth4 protocol ip parent 1:0 prio 1 u32 match ip dst
10.1.1.8/29 flowid 1:12

###
$TC class add dev eth4 parent 1:11 classid 1:13 htb rate 20kbit ceil 64kbit

echo " Starting Bandwidth Restriction...Done"
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now Traffic is not flowing in webtraf classid 1:10
All other classes are having traffic in them.
