Now I've managed to get simple rate limiting working on my primary eth0 with no problem. However what I've got is as follows eth0 is on 100Mbit I'm running User Mode Linux so I've got say 5-10 tap interfaces (tap0-tap10). What I would like to do is have a combined pool of 3Mbit which each interface can burst to but make sure that the total off all of them does not break 3mbits. Is this possible?
