Subject: [LARTC] tc & u32 --> to match PORTS (HTTP & FTP)
Date: Sat, 03 Feb 2001 09:38:46 +0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <marc-lartc-98373940416962@msgid-missing> (raw)
<PRE>Hello all,
I was trying to allocate to a couple of ports (HTTP and FTP) with the
following codes:
tc filter add dev $device parent 2:0 prio 3 protocol ip u32
tc filter add dev $device parent 2:0 prio 3 handle 1: u32 divisor 256
tc filter add dev $device parent 2:0 prio 3 handle 2: u32 divisor 256
###To match to IP and ports 80 (0x50) and 21 (0x15)
tc filter add dev $device parent 2:0 prio 3 u32 ht 1:6: match ip dst
192.168.1.20 \
match tcp dst 0x50 0xff flowid 2:2
tc filter add dev $device parent 2:0 prio 3 u32 ht 2:6: match ip dst
192.168.1.20 \
match tcp dst 0x15 0xff flowid 2:3
Am i missing something here??
Somehow, it doesnt work. I know there's another way which is to use
ipchains. But however, i hope to get this way of using hash tables to work.
Regards.
