This options configures the Psion to use it's in built LCD as the
console.

This option echoes all console output to the serial port which is
usefull for debugging.

This enables virtual terminals on the Psion.  The virtual terminals are
switched by 'alt' + 1..3, although all they do at present is say
'hello'. 

I need to test the console echo, but my stuff is in work now so I'll try
at lunch.
