Date: Mon, 31 Mar 2003 20:48:55 +0200 (MEST) [thread overview]

Hi,
on URL http://www.sax.de/~adlibit/e3-2.42.tar.gz
you will find another release of e3 text editor:
GPL source code and binaries including ELKS.
e3 is a NASM-assembler written micro (XXXS) text editor for
several 16 bit and 32 bit platforms (including Linux, ELKS,
*BSD, Atheos, QNX, Win32, DOS) on x86 and on ARM CPU.
e3 can act in wordstar/emacs/vi/pico/nedit emulations.
The 16bit versions for ELKS and DOS on 8086 or 286 CPU ("e3-16")
are limited to the wordstar key set.
ELKS release note:
a bug was fixed, just now e3-16 is able
to run on native 8086 16 bit CPUs, that was
tested using ELKS 0.1 running on a 1986 built PC.
Enjoy,
Albrecht
