Which command have you used to build the disk? Not necessarily all
programs included on elkscmd will be built when doing 'make full5'
or something similar.
BTW, have you tried Claudio's changes to the disk image generation? I
don't remember if it was commited to CVS, but Claudio sent a patch
some weeks ago. If they weren't commited to CVS, I guess we should
commit them soon, as they make the disk image generation work again,
and make it more maintainable.
